Take the AVI into VirtualDub and under ...Hi Cassie<br /><br />Take the AVI into VirtualDub and under the Video menu choose Frame Rate. Then Change the frame rate to 10fps. And select the option button that says "Process all frames"<br /><br />See if that works.<br /><br />Otherwise go back into Premiere and work on 3's. That is, put 3 images in the timeline where you currently have 1.<br /><br />Either way, both will slow down the timing. <br /><br />I've sent you an email with a 10fps example AVI (it has DivX compression - so will only play on a computer with DivX = SBIT computer).Frankhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16735300076419917663noreply@blogger.com
