Suitcase Rummage

Today was the Suitcase Rummage in Brisbane and I managed to get a stall and sell some of my creations. Here are some photos from the day :)

In other news,

I was ACCEPTED into Gobelins Summer School in Paris. It is happening in July and I will hopefully do a vlog everyday while I'm over there :)

Dailymation is a brilliant blog/youtube channel. Very inspiring and gorgeous animations.

One of the animators comments:

"Have fun with what you do. Animation is too complex for animators to suffer from doing it"

ANIMATE ANIMATE ANIMATE!

Browsing through the DLF emails and I stumbled upon this advice on getting into the insdustry:

The solution: animate, animate animate. Then when you are done, animate
some more, and then some more again. Then finally when you have almost no
energy or time left in the day, do some more animation.

Sending off my showreel

Today is the day to post my showreel to Dreamworks and Gobelins in hopes of internships and summer schools!

The reels, resumes and everything I need to send is ready! I just have to wait for a Post Office to open and I'll be good to go :)
