Animation week of hell

Yup. That's what my ''holidays'' are being called.

Here is where I am after 4 days into the week and a half I have to work non-stop on my projects. (Week and a half of hell didn't sound as catchy...)

Question: Is it wrong that I love my music video more than my narrative? Cos I feel like my narrative will never be complete and doesn't make any sense and looks terrible visually. Then I look to my music video and go ahhhh can i just work on this instead?

This is scene 1. The EAP is the girl in the purple dress + her partner dancing.

Sorry you can't see the girl and guy very clearly but you can see they are all coloured!!!

Notice the swish on the dress as she steps forward? Beautiful, I know.

Also got some info from Frank's blog in relation to exporting from flash as a png sequence then putting it together in VirtualDub. So I tried that out. 

Busy Busy Weekend

So this weekend has been super busy, with coming up for ideas for my narrative (plans are starting to form - that is always a good sign =] ), work, and other various things, I managed to take some time to make a couple of plushies, hooray!

The other day Jess at Tafe asked me to make an owl, so I started working on some plans. I bought some fabric, and some gorgeous material so here a couple I have made! Still working on one for Jess. It's coming!
