My narrative and I are not on speaking terms today so I worked on my music video instead. Here is what I'm up to!

Notice anything slightly different? Yes there is a new background! Jane suggested getting one of my encaustic paintings and scanning it in to use for texture. And there you go. I quite like the textures I have =)

Walk Cycles Of Today

Traditional walk cycle, following a combination of the Richard Williams/Jason Ryan/Preston Blair Techniques for animating a walk cycle.

Now trying to animate the guard, giving it character, more realistic. I personally like this first attempt.

I tried to push the squash and put the more weight into the squash as well. Because my animation style for my narrative is more realistic I don't really like how much the head is moving.

My first EAP is done!

This is scene 1. The EAP is the girl in the purple dress + her partner dancing.

Sorry you can't see the girl and guy very clearly but you can see they are all coloured!!!

Notice the swish on the dress as she steps forward? Beautiful, I know.
